What’s the festival all about?

There’s always a load of activities, visual delights and opportunities to learn, grow and simply be entertained during the Nannup Flower and Garden Festival.

the theme for 2018 was Getting Creative in the Garden, with a host of activities, talks and hands on presentations to inspire your creative talents!

Nannup wholeheartedly welcomed  gardening celebrity Costa Georgiadis – the man with the unmistakable beard, and most recognisable smile. Costa had visitors to the Nannup Flower & Garden Festivals’ 4-day extravaganza in fits of laughter with his entertaining antics  across the festival – both adults and kids alike.

Costa’s message of sustainability, conservation, the environment, education, love, happiness, permaculture, and community is one that resonates with many gardeners.   

Gardening darlings Sabrina Hahn and Deryn Thorpe wandered through local gardens, taking tours along the lush banks of the spectacular Blackwood River. ‘Meet the Chefs’ Guy Jeffreys, Alysha Sladden and Mark Pipkin were back by popular demand whipping up delicious meals with ingredients harvested straight from the garden.

Costa, along with local expert Dr. Bob Longmore and all-time favorites’ Deryn Thorpe and Steve Wood teamed for some awesome Q&As sessions in the Main Marquee.-

To all our visitors, thank you for your continued support, from visiting the Town Hall, wandering through the Open Gardens, listening to a talk to meandering down the stalls or enjoying the High Tea. Your enthusiasm never wavers!

Stallholders Info

Info – Prospective Stallholders 

Thank you for your interest in being part of the 2019 festival stalls and markets!

Please download the  conditions by clicking here and ensure you are in agreement prior to your application.

Event Timing: Thursday 15 – Sunday 18 August 2019 – you can apply for 2,3 or 4 days.

Please Note: This application is for Market and Information Stalls ONLY –
 Meal/Food/Beverage Vendors will be by Invitation.

The application process this year is going into the digital age, with an online form below. Enter your details and scroll to the bottom of the form (following the trading conditions) to submit your application. 
 
Please note that Stall applications will close 31 May 2019. All applications are timestamped  at time of submission. Please note that you will not be able to save your incomplete application, but the form should not take more than 15 minutes to complete.
 
There are no new requirements, although market stalls where a food permit is applicable will need to upload a copy of the permit rather than quote the number as previously.
 
You will need to have the following ready for upload;
  • PDF copy of your current Public Liability Insurance – either a copy of your policy or Certificate of Currency;
  • An image of your stall/vehicle including hitch etc;
  • Food stallholders – a copy of your current Food Registration Certificate.
 
Please note, by submitting a stalls application, you are agreeing to:
  • The application terms and conditions we recommended you download a copy by clicking HERE
  • Provision of the relevant documentation
  • Payment of the stallholder fees as disclosed – these will be invoiced once approved.
  • All site locations being at the Stalls Coordinator’s discretion
