Info – Prospective Stallholders
Thank you for your interest in being part of the 2020 festival stalls and markets!

Please note: This is for market and information stalls only
Food stalls will be by invitation.

You will need to have the following ready for upload;
- PDF copy of your current Public Liability Insurance – either a copy of your policy or Certificate of Currency;
- An image of your stall/vehicle including hitch etc;
- Food stallholders – a copy of your current Food Registration Certificate.
Please note, by submitting a stalls application, you are agreeing to:
- The application terms and conditions we recommended you download a copy by clicking HERE
- Provision of the relevant documentation
- Payment of the stallholder fees as disclosed – these will be invoiced once approved.
- All site locations being at the Stalls Coordinator’s discretion
